Applicant
- Copy of passport and personal identity card
- Last three income tax statements
· Personal Credit bureau report
· Credit bureau report from your company (if applies)
· Bank references letter
· Insurance assignment
· Photocopy of last six bank account statements
· Appraisal of the property
· Evidence of assets in country of residence (real estate, vehicles, investments, etc.)

- A copy of the passport
- A Certificate of income or a job letter
- Income tax from the last two years
- Reference letter from your banks
- Copy of your last 6 months account’s statements
- Patrimonial statements signed by a certified public accountant
- Credit Report
- A letter where the client authorizes Banco Popular Dominicano to confirm the references
- Medical Examination (Optional)
Dominicans
- Letter soliciting loan specifying amount and period or application duly completed
- Copy of the cedula
- A Certificate of income or a job letter
- Copy of account state in other banks from the previous 6 months (if it’s not a client)
- Patrimonial statements up to date.
Warranty documents
- Copy of property’s title
- Professional evaluation made for a certified person
- Insurance policy of the property to ensure and the solicitor’s
- Property’s location letter
- Certification of the tax payment
